Packages are sent to your local post office by us, and then couriers deliver them to the address you provided on your order list. A special message is left by the postman if you are not home when the package is delivered.
- AirMail: Air Mail delivery times are subject to change and can take up to two or three weeks.There is no online tracking available. With orders over $199, shipment via AirMail is free of charge.
- EMS - The post office's fastest service is Express Mail Service (EMS).
When the order ships, you can get the tracking number. 3 to 8 days is the estimated delivery time.Orders above $199 qualify for free EMS shipping.
Additionally, keep in mind that there may be delays at customs that are not our fault. This explains why occasionally packages come a little sooner or later than anticipated.
Orders are typically handled in a day or two. An automated email is sent to you as soon as your order is registered. These notifications occasionally end up in spam bins. If you have not gotten a notification, check there. We try our hardest to deliver your packages on schedule.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will resend your order at no additional cost if the company delivers the wrong product or if you received damaged or defective medication.
Even though our items are of the highest calibre, please get in touch with one of our Customer Care Specialists if you're not happy.
Should your tablets become damaged, we will send you a replacement package at no additional cost.
Please be aware that international regulations forbid returning prescription drugs.
