Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy – Ivermectin Stores

1. Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting ivermectinstores@gmail.com.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Once a cancellation is confirmed, any payment made will be refunded as per the method used for payment.

2. Returns
  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

    • Items received not as described on the website

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all accompanying labels and accessories.

  • Some items, including medicines or health products, cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Refunds
  • Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Partial refunds may be provided if the product has been used or damaged after delivery.

4. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

  • Replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received and verified.

5. Process for Returns or Refunds

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, a confirmation will be sent, and the refund or replacement will be processed.

6. Exceptions
  • Products opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.

  • Any product returned after the allowed return period will not be accepted.
